Paul began his career at a small publishing firm where he led their digital transformation and international expansion as Head of Product then later Director.
Subsequently, he was a founding member of two innovation Labs during the launch of two FinTech enterprise for Just PLC and Investoo.
Paul is a seasoned innovator, continually banging the drum for customer-centred design, and has worked with clients including Deloitte, Honda, BT and Wilhelmsen.
James has held senior roles at three of the UK’s leading creative agencies as well as two client-side roles. He is an expert in rapid prototyping and is highly skilled in digital tools, storyboarding, videography and sketching.
Throughout his career, he’s worked for dozens of leading brands including LVMH, Barclays, Waitrose, Pernod Ricrad, Sainsbury's, HSBC, Unilever, EA and Aviva. Samples of his portfolio are available on request.
Ben spent three years as a strategist at McKinsey working across a range of industries for clients including Ford, Coke, Microsoft and T-mobile.
He has almost five years consulting experience and has been an associate for multiple to tier consultancies including Deloitte and AT Kearney.
