FOOLPROOF TOOLS TO GENERATE, BUILD AND SELL GREAT IDEAS
Creativity attracts a lot of hot air, pseudoscience and, frankly, nonsense. This highly practical module cuts through all the noise and provides everything needed to generate and sell breakthrough ideas on any challenge or situation.
The course starts by unpacking what business creativity is and what it is not, exploding extinguishes some common myths, that send people down rabbit holes. It then provides some quick, simple and highly engaging ways to get any group (even the worst cynics) to into the right mindset and practising the right behaviours to be creative.
Armed with these participants then learn and practice using a comprehensive set of creative thinking techniques. For example SCAMPER (pictured on right), a series of provocations to generate creative ideas by building on existing solutions; assumption breaker, free your thinking by challenging fundamental assumptions; and forced connections, embracing randomness to generate radically original ideas.
The focus then shifts to the often overlooked areas of how to capture, evaluate (beyond voting) and stretch ideas. And how to rapidly translate them (during workshops) in cogent concepts which senior stakeholders buy into and which can be testing with customers.
